Below is the fix for Call of Duty Black OPS BLES01031 disappearing from XMB:
1). Rename BLES01031 to BLES01031 Backup
3). GO to game data utility and delete black ops. It will have a error saying cannont access harddrive.
4). Reinstall .pkg file
5). Go to filemanager and delete BLES01031
6). Rename BLES01031BACKUP back to BLES01031

it should now start and install game data

for these files. These files must remain in dev_hdd0/game/BLES01059/USRDIR/ and

cannot be overwritten. This is due to the fact that the 1.03 Patch is embedded

in my .pkg to enable online play.
